Board Certified in Family Practice
Dr. Christopher A. Fayeghi is a dedicated and accomplished medical professional who was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. His academic journey began at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV), where he gained a solid scientific foundation with his bachelors in science.

George P. Azar, Jr., MD
Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonology
Dr. George P. Azar, Jr. is an Internal Medicine doctor and Pulmonologist in South Florida. He received his medical degree from Ross University and has been in practice for over 30 years. Dr. Azar was at the forefront of the COVID-19 pandemic in hospital settings, working upwards of 70 plus hours a week to help save lives.
